I have been looking for an affordable and professional plumber for years. I have now used Vern's plumbing on two commercial projects for my businesses as well as repairs on my residence from a really bad job from previous plumber. Vern's techs all were very professional and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. The girls in the office are also great to work with and are always willing to accommodate. Great people, great work, honest price....what more can you ask for in a company!!!!

A+ experience all around! Excellent customer service from the person answering the phone to the technician! I've never hired a plumber before so I was dreading having to bring in someone to do some work because you just never know what the experience will be like. However, Vern made this a really easy process. I called and spoke with a very kind lady, Jessica, that answered my questions and got me booked for an appointment. If you were wondering like me if you are in their service area do call and ask as my town wasn't listed on their website but they were able to still come out. Chris Wilson was the technician that I worked with. Very professional, easy to work with, and helpful in figuring out the best/most straightforward solutions to some issues I had with my kitchen and bathrooms sinks and the toilet. I certainly learned a lot. He arrived early and wore shoe covers. He didn't try to upsell me at all which I appreciated. Even my wife who didn't interact with Chris directly could tell that sounded pleasant and happy to be doing his job.Very fair pricing. Will use Vern again if I need something else done for my home!
Just a maintenance visit today, but I always feel more comfortable when someone at Vern's has passed their eagle eyes over my water purification/filtration system that they installed to let me know that all is well.

Liam & Tyler did a nice job replacing a 30-year single piece low-profile toilet with a new American Standard Champion elongated comfort height toilet. It looks good & will save a lot of water & frustration with previous shut-off valves that did not work properly for very long.

Liam fixed a long-standing problem with a toilet replacement. He had the knowledge, expertise, and patience to complete the job successfully, repairing problems created by the initial installation years earlier. It was obvious that the earlier install was by a wannabe handyman trying out plumbing. Now, no problems and even requested estimates for two future jobs that I know are needed. Called their office at around 4 o’clock expecting to schedule an appointment for the next day. The nice lady who answered the phone said let me check and see what we can do. She called back in a few minutes and said her tech could be own his way. I got home and he was waiting for me. Chris looked at my hot water heater and told me he could have it done by 7:30 tonight. He gave me an estimate immediately which I thought was a fair price. Another tech showed up with the tank and they went to work. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the heater and other questions I had concerning our issue. Would highly recommend them. Nothing but pleased with my experience.

I contacted Vern's because I had a drainage system for 3 downspouts that runs under my driveway that was backing up and overflowing onto the driveway. They gave me a quote for power jetting the pipe and them putting a camera down it to verify it was clean. It turned out the pipe under the driveway was full of shingle grit and sludge (house built 20 years ago). They jet washed it and then attempted to put the camera in. The camera was too big to navigate the turns in the pipe. They then came back with a different camera that would fit the pipe and succeeded in shooting it to verify it was open. They had agreed to reclean the system if it proved to still be blocked at no added cost. They are very professional, responsive, friendly and explain everything they are doing as they go. I wouldn't use any other company for a problem that required investigation and testing to determine the cause.

We first called Vern's Plumbing a year or so ago to replace our water heater. It was a pleasant experience and we were impressed by the Bill, the technician and their prices were fair. When our bath tub faucet started leaking we called them again. From speaking with Reese in the office to schedule the appointment; to Chris, the technician that repaired our leaking faucet is was pleasure. Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently had an issue with my well pump not working. Tried to get resolved with home warranty company without success. I called a local, well recognized plumbing company that wanted to charge me $5000-$8000 for a new well pump and pressure tank. A friend recommended Vern’s. Matt contacted me immediately and was at my house in an hour. Super professional and personable. He diagnosed the issue, and saved me thousands of dollars by properly diagnosing the issue and not trying to sell me something I did not need. They have won a customer for life. Very satisfied with Vern’s Plumbing. I called to schedule a visit on a Wednesday and they were available next day. Liam came out and checked out the hot water heater and offered ways to keep it maintained. Also suggested other items that could be replaced when he was doing the walk-through. Liam also fixed the kitchen sink faucet that would not sit tight to the sink. Will certainly use them again for anytime plumbing!

They are all very nice at this company and so, easy to work with. They came early and worked on my drain, and thought the repair was complete but didn’t test using my washer. The next day I used the washer and it showed the repair wasn’t complete. So I called them back, they were nice about it, and finished the repair on the 2nd trip. No worries. I’m keeping their contact info for future use.
