Job Description:

As an Experienced Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of plumbing tasks, including but not limited to installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will work directly with customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service while maintaining our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in both residential and commercial properties.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
3. Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and repairs in a clear, professional manner.
4. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
5. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
6. Participate in on-call rotation and emergency plumbing services as required.
7. Collaborate with other team members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a plumbing technician, with at least 2 years in the field.
2. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
3. Valid plumbing license (or relevant certifications).
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
7. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
8. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions.

Job Description:

Are you a people person who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly? Join our close-knit team at Vern’s Plumbing, a trusted, family-owned and operated plumbing business serving the community for over 35 years.

We’re currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can be the welcoming face of our company and a reliable point of contact for our customers and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule overflow service appointments and manage daily dispatch calendar (as needed)
• Handle general office tasks (filing, data entry, processing invoices)
• Support the team with clerical and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Friendly, organized, and dependable
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, scheduling software, etc.)
