The five stars is for your organizations excellent follow up and resolution to my issue ie warm water coming out of all cold water faucets in the house. This resolution to my satisfaction was because the personnel I spoke with - as well as met at my house - would not take a “I don’t know what’s wrong” attitude … instead they sent more qualified personnel !!Initially I was confused after spending money to rectify the issue but still had warm water vs cold water.The company followed up by sending an individual that had 20 years of plumbing expertise (Matt) who spent hours on top of the initial hours by the original technician that was very courteous and he put forth a tremendous effort in running multiple tests to no avail.The LAST test that Matt performed was discovering the temp of the county supplied water … what do you know—it was the same (more or less) temp my faucets were testing at ie approx 81 degrees at all my cold water controls. See pic showing water temp coming from county water supply before it enters my house.Know that the common issue of warm water out of cold faucets is usually due to internal components within the house. Hours were expended testing those possibilities.

He replaced my front spigot as the nearby plastic pipe had broken. The new spigot works fine. I just installed the 8" by 8" plastic trouble door he provided me for future access. This is where I had cut a hole in the interior sheet rock to reduce my Vern's Plumbing bill.

Our water stopped working in the entire house and I was dreading hiring a plumber because of the potentially high price. I called Vern’s and they sent someone in less than 24 hours. David was wonderful, professional, and explained every step of his diagnosis process. I was THRILLED that he was able to get our water running by the end of his visit. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, and gave an estimate for replacing an outdated part, should we decide to upgrade before something goes horribly wrong. He was very thorough explaining the costs and benefits, and any skepticism I had about finding an honest plumber is gone. Thank you, David Burton, for being efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so grateful to have working water again, and to have found a plumbing company we can trust. I would recommend Vern’s to anyone who’s looking for an honest plumber. I’d leave TEN stars if I could.
