Liam & Tyler did a nice job replacing a 30-year single piece low-profile toilet with a new American Standard Champion elongated comfort height toilet. It looks good & will save a lot of water & frustration with previous shut-off valves that did not work properly for very long.

Liam fixed a long-standing problem with a toilet replacement. He had the knowledge, expertise, and patience to complete the job successfully, repairing problems created by the initial installation years earlier. It was obvious that the earlier install was by a wannabe handyman trying out plumbing. Now, no problems and even requested estimates for two future jobs that I know are needed. We have dealt with several companies in the past three years for home improvements and repairs and have realized it's hard to find a company that checks all these boxes anymore. Called their office at around 4 o’clock expecting to schedule an appointment for the next day. The nice lady who answered the phone said let me check and see what we can do. She called back in a few minutes and said her tech could be own his way. I got home and he was waiting for me. Chris looked at my hot water heater and told me he could have it done by 7:30 tonight. He gave me an estimate immediately which I thought was a fair price. Another tech showed up with the tank and they went to work. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the heater and other questions I had concerning our issue. Would highly recommend them. Nothing but pleased with my experience.

I contacted Vern's because I had a drainage system for 3 downspouts that runs under my driveway that was backing up and overflowing onto the driveway. They gave me a quote for power jetting the pipe and them putting a camera down it to verify it was clean. It turned out the pipe under the driveway was full of shingle grit and sludge (house built 20 years ago). They jet washed it and then attempted to put the camera in. The camera was too big to navigate the turns in the pipe. They then came back with a different camera that would fit the pipe and succeeded in shooting it to verify it was open. They had agreed to reclean the system if it proved to still be blocked at no added cost. They are very professional, responsive, friendly and explain everything they are doing as they go. I wouldn't use any other company for a problem that required investigation and testing to determine the cause.

We first called Vern's Plumbing a year or so ago to replace our water heater. It was a pleasant experience and we were impressed by the Bill, the technician and their prices were fair. When our bath tub faucet started leaking we called them again. Recently had an issue with my well pump not working. Tried to get resolved with home warranty company without success. I called a local, well recognized plumbing company that wanted to charge me $5000-$8000 for a new well pump and pressure tank. A friend recommended Vern’s. Very satisfied with Vern’s Plumbing. I called to schedule a visit on a Wednesday and they were available next day. Liam came out and checked out the hot water heater and offered ways to keep it maintained. Also suggested other items that could be replaced when he was doing the walk-through. Liam also fixed the kitchen sink faucet that would not sit tight to the sink. Will certainly use them again for anytime plumbing!

The next day I used the washer and it showed the repair wasn’t complete. So I called them back, they were nice about it, and finished the repair on the 2nd trip. No worries. I contacted the company and they were able to send some out the same day, doesn’t happen often. First time using the company. Nathan is very professional. He took the time to explain to me and show me what caused the issue. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Completed the job and cleaned up. Even offered to recommended another company to do some repairs outside the scope of the service they offered!
Liam was great. He obviously knew his stuff and could tell me what the plumbing issue was in simple, clear language, and discussed my options with me. He was clear about what absolutely needed to be done that day, and what were issues that either weren't important or could wait a bit. Really enjoyed working with Liam and the other staff at Vern's Plumbing--I just moved to this area and now I feel that I found my plumber!

We recently had all the floors in our home redone, including the main floor powder room. The floor installers removed the toilet and pedestal sink to do their work. After seeking estimates from 3 plumbing services, I decided to use Verns. Liam and Brett came out to do the estimate and Liam returned to do the work the next day. While Verns estimate was more expensive than the other 2 services, I felt Liam had explained the work better, showed more confidence in his ability to complete the job and was just a better fit. On the day of, Liam completed the work professionally, cleanly and in a way that showed pride in his trade. He took extra care to protect our new floors and tackled the vanity I purchased to replace the pedestal with ease although it posed some challenges. He was personable and didn't mind me asking questions and watching him work. I have my plumber. I recommend Vern's, and whenever possible and available, I highly recommend Liam. I have used Vern’s several times since 2021. I feel their pricing is fair. Everyone is courteous and does a good job of explaining what repairs are needed and options if there are any for the given problem.
Recently I have used Verns plumbing several times. They are always very professional and honest! The repair on a shower unit leak was a little tricky. Leaked so we stopped using it and made an appointment with Verns to come out. Didn’t leak right away when Nate and Brett were here but they stayed, and really looked for what the problem was. Sealed a small area that may be the culprit, and let me know if it was not. They will come back out to fix it. I really appreciated how honest Nate is.
