Work was completed in reasonable time. The were professional and called to confirm today was still good for our schedule. Rainy day. Was careful not to drag mud in the house. Install went well stayed to ensure no leaks. Explained the warranty.Overall professional.

David and Brandon moved the water softener away from the wall so a sump can be placed there. Nicely done. I’ll see them Friday for it’s reinstallation.

‘Thought I did this yesterday, when I got the opportunity, right after the technician left — but — OK again —-Christian Langley did the job and was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (even to my cat who is also friendly, curious as cats are, and likes to be where the action is!). Thank you Vern’s for Sending Christian … and thank you for your timely scheduling after my call for HELP!My 2nd experience with Vern's was with a technician, Ryan Johnson. Ryan is also a personable young man who was easy to talk to. I was not sure what I needed (repair or replace), but I knew my kitchen faucet was all "gunked up" due to a recent event with my well and septic system. Rayn confirmed my suspicions and ultimately let me know that the "gunk" was so complete in my kitchen faucet fixture that it needed replacing. What I was not prepared for was not only the price (thank you for tariffs and the price of gasoline), but also the fact that Vern's does not carry these parts on it's service trucks as a standard. I would think that faucet replacement in the plumbing business would be pretty usual. I was quoted a price for the replacement job 1) If i purchased whatever fixture I chose and the installation (without a warranty on the parts) could be done, but not today. Meanwhile I would be without water in the kitchen - not good. 2) Or, Verns could purchase the fixture, warranty it for a year, replace it today, but it would cost 3/8th more ($800 range vs $500 range) than the first option. For convenience (not being without water, fixed today) I chose the latter. Ryan did the job, very efficiently, and, as I said, was friendly while doing a professional job. No squabble with Ryan. I just wish Vern's carried usual parts on their service trucks. Else, another really good job from Verns.
