The five stars is for your technician, CarlosHowever, after spending $1500, my main issue was not correctedAnd that had nothing to do with his expertise or skill level. It was due to the fact I’m assuming there could’ve been multiple choices. I authorize the ones that he did so I take partial blame.

Our water stopped working in the entire house and I was dreading hiring a plumber because of the potentially high price. I called Vern’s and they sent someone in less than 24 hours. David was wonderful, professional, and explained every step of his diagnosis process. I was THRILLED that he was able to get our water running by the end of his visit. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, and gave an estimate for replacing an outdated part, should we decide to upgrade before something goes horribly wrong. He was very thorough explaining the costs and benefits, and any skepticism I had about finding an honest plumber is gone. Thank you, David Burton, for being efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so grateful to have working water again, and to have found a plumbing company we can trust. I would recommend Vern’s to anyone who’s looking for an honest plumber. I’d leave TEN stars if I could.

Don't waste your time , this company doesn't have the man power to do remodels. Will drag out your estimate for weeks until they tell you they can't do the job.

Vern’s was fantastic! Very responsive and professional! The tech David did great work was very clean, polite and took the time to review all of the work that was done. I would recommend Vern’s and David for any plumbing work!

Extremely disappointing ! You charged so much more than the other companies!The technicians did not have the parts( I had explained the problem to the secretary) They had to get them.They worked for about 20 minutes and charged me 586 dollars for the jobThe invoice is not correct:It should separate the cost of the part and the workmanship.The technician was very polite.You don't deserve your high rating!
